Lunch & Learn- Transition Options and Resources

The Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation has many resources for Individuals trying to Transition into work. A lot of times individuals will need help transitioning by obtaining work skills and readiness. VR helps adults and students with disabilities gain valuable knowledge from the resources offered through them to gain employment and help keep it.
Please join us in this Lunch & Learn that will be the perfect opportunity for those trying to get help in transitioning into work. Most importantly the resources to prepare for, obtain and keep meaningful employment.
The Nevada Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities is hosting a series of Lunch and Learn opportunities to discuss various topics that surrounds the disability community in Nevada in 2025. Wednesday, April 9, we are hosting a webinar on- Transition Options and Resources from 12-1:00 PM PST on Zoom. This will be presented by Lora Lee Turner Rehabilitation Supervisor for the Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation.
