After spending 30 years in the dental field, Sharon Ann Gross reached a point where she needed a career change—one that would allow her to remain in healthcare while growing in a new direction. Through the guidance and support of Vocational Rehabilitation, Sharon was able to enroll in online coursework to pursue a new career as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST).

Sharon is especially grateful to Vivian, whose encouragement, dedication, and belief in her abilities truly changed her life for the better. Vivian’s support made it possible for Sharon to transition into a new profession with confidence and hope for the future.

This opportunity has opened doors Sharon did not think were possible. She remains deeply thankful for the impact Vocational Rehabilitation—and Vivian in particular—has had on her personal and professional journey, and she appreciates the investment made in her success and her future.
