Lodging is only available for staff traveling from rural or southern Nevada.

Step 3. Hotel Registration

Due to fire code, the maximum number of guests per room is four (4) and the number of beds is two (2).
Unless otherwise contracted, room rates are for single or double occupancy. Rooms with additional guests will be charged an extra $25 per adult guest, per night.
Due to limited availability, requests for connecting rooms cannot be guaranteed.
