Guillaume Zagol

Nevadans with disabilities achieving their dreams

Congratulations to Guillaume Zagol for reaching his 10 year work anniversary at the Guadalajara Mexican restaurant in Boulder Station!

Guillaume was one of the first five participants in our Pathway to Work program at Boulder Station in 2014. During his time at Pathway to Work, Guillaume gained valuable job skills and impressed the managers at Guadalajara Restaurant. Guillaume was offered a job as a busser/dishwasher at Guadalajara Restaurant on October 2014 and has continued to excel over the last 10 years.

Every manager Guillaume has worked with know him as a dependable and overall fantastic worker. His strong work ethic and dedication to the restaurant earned him a set schedule for the late lunch and dinner shifts. Guillaume likes the evening shifts since it’s the busiest time and he can earn more money in tips. Guillaume is very proud of how much he’s accomplished within the last 10 years. Now, Guillaume is saving some of the money he earns at Guadalajara Restaurant to attend trade school or higher education hopefully next year.
