Each year, the Quality Control (QC) team proudly recognizes the exceptional work of our Rehabilitation Counselors. For the FY 25–26 cycle, QC conducted an extensive review of all counselor case reviews to determine the average performance ratings across the state.

This year, we are thrilled to celebrate the Counselors who have gone above and beyond. Their dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding case management services truly embody the mission and values of our program.

QC is honored to present the Annual Case Management Awards to the top three non‑probationary rehabilitation counselors who achieved the highest average ratings statewide. These outstanding professionals exemplify excellence in client service, documentation, and quality case practices—and we proudly recognize their exceptional achievements.
