Has improved processing times for fuel cards and conducted training with all techs and is working closely with the tech supervisors to ensure Pilot Thomas’ rules are conveyed and followed by staff and our clients. She even created a Q&A slide deck as a reference guide for the techs.
Pre ETS group authorizations
Tanisha has also accepted the task of processing all Pre ETS group authorizations. Tanisha processes all Group Authorization invoices the same day they are received in the VRAccounting inbox.

She works for the improvement of the accounting unit and requests process modifications to make things better for all Accounting. Her manager calls her “the backbone of the Accounting Unit”.
