VR Nevada helped find Charles Watkins the perfect job at BB’s Cafe. He feels right at home, after working in kitchens for many years and all of his coworkers notice what a great job he does. Carlitha Windom, owner of BB’s Café, said, “I wish all my employees could be like Charles!”
